Important note on master data
When using the API, all master data must stay consistent with AutoCount. This includes:
1) Debtors & Creditors: API transactions must reference valid debtor and creditor codes defined in AutoCount
2) Stock Items & Maintenance: product codes, UOM, and costing must match AutoCount’s stock maintenance setup
3) Chart of Accounts & Tax Codes: API postings must follow the same chart and SST tax rules in AutoCount
